Be Mobile Physiotherapy is a free online exercise program for people over 55 designed and delivered by physiotherapists, tailored to your specific needs and focusing on gaining strength, improving balance and building confidence.​​​

This 12-week program by Michelle Bridges is designed to help improve menopause symptoms and encourage weight loss simultaneously with exercise plans, recipes and motivational support.​​

MyJoint Tai Chi is a free 12-week Tai Chi exercise program to help people with knee pain and knee osteoarthritis manage their symptoms. Designed by researchers at the University of Melbourne, physiotherapists, Tai Chi experts and people with lived experience of knee pain.
